Chris Ware Curates Gallery Comics Show in Phoenix, Arizona

The Marshall Gallery of the Phoenix Art Museum is hosting the exhibit, "Uninked: Paintings, Sculpture and Graphic Work of Five Cartoonists." In guest curating this exhibit, Chris Ware brought together the art of five alternative comic artists, which has a natural "fit" in the gallery. These versatile artists are Kim Deitch, Jerry Moriarty, Gary Panter, Ron Regé, Jr. and Seth. The exhibit ends August 19, 2007.
